- Since then we've been continually tweaking and improving the recipe and we think it's now pretty near perfect!
Fresh MILK (53%), double cream (MILK) (9%), sugar, chocolate chips (7%) [cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), vanilla extract], chocolate ripple (6%) [glucose syrup, sugar, water, cocoa powder, acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavouring], MILK solids, cocoa mass (3%), glucose, cocoa powder (2%), glycerine, emulsifier (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids), stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan).
