Gently heat the contents of the carton to 85-90°C, stirring constantly, then pour into individual ramekins and cool slightly. Refrigerate for between 1 and 2 hours, then just before serving sprinkle with a little demerara sugar and caramelise with a blowtorch for that delicious sugary crunch.
