  • From Frozen unless otherwise stated Grill: From defrost: Place crumpets under a preheated medium grill for 2-3 mins, turning once. Defrost for approx 4 hrs (covered at room temperature), until fully defrosted. Toaster: Toast crumpets on a medium heat for 1-2 mins. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Defrosted shelf life = 72 hrs. Do not refreeze, once defrosted.
